Communities writer Carter Lee (President Innovative Social Dynamics LLC) has just released his book When Jonathan Cried for Me. The the book, Carter describes in detail his personal encounter with a childhood filled with sexual abuse at the hands of a pedophile.

Later in life, Carter was diagnosed with PTSD and depression; paired with violence and intimidation throughout school, he was pre-destined to become a monster. Against all odds, Carter took control of his destiny and chose to endure his own transformation into the successful and peaceful man he is today.

When Jonathan Cried For Me is a tremendous story of struggle, redemption, heartbreak, and self-loathing transforming into self-love and respect. For most of his life, Carter Lee struggled with: a low self-esteem, unhealthy self-confidence, increasingly in-docile anger issues, and his weight. Combine these things with a seemingly happy marriage becoming broken because of miscommunication and anger, and you have the creation of an emotionally paralyzed man that reached the end of his rope.

Deciding to persevere on, he became determined to find a way to transcend through his trauma on a journey to find a genuine inner transformation. Carter explains exactly what he studied, introducing the readers to a variety of systems; these include quantum mechanics, mindsets inspired by others such as Dr. Viktor Frankl, the mind and how it relates to the body physiologically and emotionally, and his own philosophies that he discovered while on his journey.

Through this system, Carter no longer shows signs of PTSD or depression, no longer struggles with maintaining a healthy weight, and has managed to overcome his insecurities by achieving True-Self-Esteem and Total-Self-Confidence, culminating to real inner-peace.
